Are registrations transferable?
Yes, registrations are transferable.
How do I transfer my registration to another party?
Upon registering you received an email confirmation from Step Ashore ([email protected]) that contains your order number and the name on the registration(s). To transfer your registration to somebody else, simply send them your confirmation and have them bring it with them (an electronic version is fine) to the event. We cannot make any changes without the original email confirmation. Do not send any changes to registration as all transfer will be done at the conference.
What is included with registration?
Meals will be high quality with entree choices for Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast.
Round-Table seating for ALL, not just at meals.
Deluxe, bountiful hospitality, room with real creamers AND fresh ground coffee. WAY above average.
Large WA Area 72 AA Archives and Literature displays.
Are scholarships available?
We are limited to the first 750 registrants and have no overflow room for scholarships or reduced rate registrations. We fill up early and all pay the same, including committee members and volunteers.
When will I be able to pick up my badge?
The main doors to the Convention Center will open at 3:00pm on Thursday, August 7, 2025 and badges will be available from that time until Saturday afternoon.
What time will the main hall doors open to claim our seats?
Doors for the main hall will open at 6:00om on the first day of the conference. We do ask that cups and plates from the hospitality room are not used for saving seats

Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to honor refunds. No refunds will be given, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
